Because all of our products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to incorrect sizing, change of mind, buyer's remorse, or any other non-defective reason.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and any visible damage, including the packaging if applicable

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Products ordered in the wrong size or color
• Orders placed by mistake
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
