Order Processing

All of our products are made to order through our production partner, Tapstitch. Orders are typically processed and produced within 3–7 business days before shipping.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, new product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped are:

• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. ATHANATOS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun or an order has shipped.

Delays

ATHANATOS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return &Refund Policy.
